DESIGN SECTION
We have a dedicated design team for tooling. Together we share more than 20 years of experience and are capable of handling critical components. We have three seats of CREO 5.0 along with a core cavity extension module and electrode extraction module.
We can handle tools from 25T to 1000T machine.

PRECISION EDM
Our precision EDM section consists of high end
machines kept in controlled temperature environment.
EDM Sparking with copper and graphite electrode. EDM Wire cutting with upto 0.1mm wire dia
EDM Drilling from 0.3mm to 3mm.

CNC Section
VMC MACHINES
We have state of the art VMC machines for core cavity machining. These machines use Delcam software to generate tool paths. We also use shrink fit adapters for better accuracies during finishing operations. Our operators and programmers very well experienced to handle complex core cavity geometry
